Past Projects
In the summer of 2005, over a thousand community members came together to celebrate community. This project was sponsored by the newly formed group, Pewaukee Area Arts Council or PAAC. The 150 sq. ft. mural called: “Creating CommUnity” was presented as a gift for the newly constructed Pewaukee Public Library. The mural was finished and installed in the fall of 2005.
In early June of 2004, several hundred K-6 elementary students and community members stomped 2 tons of clay. The theme was called: “Generations.” Past students from the school participated in carving and creating the 3-D outdoor sculpture. The center of the mural is a wind piece. The sculpture can be turned at different angles during the year. The sculpture is mounted in front of the school.
